Planning your storage properly makes all the difference. This service is designed to help you organise one defined storage area with a practical, well-thought-out rack layout using standard configurations available on the Storix platform.

You share your space details and requirements — we convert them into a clear, structured layout that you can confidently move forward with. The final output is not a rough sketch, but a clean, implementation-ready plan prepared specifically for your submitted area.

What You Will Receive:

With every approved submission, you will receive:

  • A professionally prepared layout in A3 size (single-page) format
  • Rack placements planned within your exact storage boundary
  • Product names selected from the Storix platform
  • Quantities required for each rack system
  • Mandatory accessories listed clearly with quantities
  • Optional accessories shown separately with quantities
  • Clear mention of any technical assumptions made during planning

Delivery timeline: 3–5 working days from receipt of complete and accurate information.

Scope of This Service:

To keep the process efficient and structured, the following applies:

  • The layout covers one storage area only
  • Maximum area eligible: 5,000 sq. ft.
  • If you have multiple storage areas, please submit separate forms
  • Only rack sizes and configurations available on the Storix platform will be suggested
  • The design will be based strictly on the information and drawings you provide
  • If details are incomplete or unclear, the submission may not be processed.
  • One revision is included free of cost.
  • If you proceed with purchasing the recommended racks within 15 days of receiving the layout, the layout planning fee will be adjusted against your final order value.
  • This service is intended to provide a practical, ready-to-implement layout that supports your decision- making before procurement.

Total Storage Area Size (in sq.ft.) This service applies only to a single storage area with a maximum size of 5,000 sq. ft. If the submitted area exceeds 5,000 sq. ft., the form will not be accepted. For additional storage areas, please submit a separate request.

Storage Area Description Talk about the various elements present within this area, for example any handling zones, operating directions, presence of sprinklers or beams to account for, etc. For any such interruptions/ considerations, ensure that the length, depth, and height entered above has accounted for the same. We will not make any considerations.
Types of Goods Describe exactly what will be stored in this area. State whether goods are palletised, boxed, binned, bagged, or loose. If palletised, provide pallet size, total loaded height, and total loaded weight per pallet. If not palletised, provide unit dimensions, weight, and maximum safe stacking height. If sizes vary, clearly define the smallest and largest configurations. Mention whether items are fragile, unstable, non-stackable, or height-restricted. The layout will be designed strictly based on the specifications you provide.

Material Handling Equipment Details :
Equipment Description Describe the equipment(s) used in this storage area. State the equipment type, make, and model. Provide maximum lifting height, rated load capacity at ground level and at maximum height, overall equipment width and length, turning radius, manufacturer-recommended operating aisle width, fork dimensions, and mast type. Also clarify whether the equipment operates inside rack aisles or only in open space. If handling is fully manual, state this clearly. No assumptions will be made beyond what is written here.
Floor Plan Submission Note: For any file submission, the formats we prefer are PDF, DWG only. File size less than 10MB.

Upload a clear and properly scaled floor plan drawing. The drawing must visibly show the storage boundary, dimensions, column positions, offices, staging areas, dock doors, access points, beam levels, sprinkler lines (if installed), and height markings. The storage area must be clearly identifiable. Design will strictly follow the submitted drawing. All the information mentioned above should be clearly depicted in the area.
